Chapel Conversion – Near Aberaeron

We undertook the meticulous conversion of a traditional Welsh chapel, carefully bringing together the old and new.

The external walls were pointed with a hot lime mix and a lime wash.

The existing slates were reused on this project and new metal Lindab Gutters installed.

House Repairs – Pontrhydfendigaid

Hack off existing cement slurry which was trapping moisture in the Building, Reduced ground levels and installed drainage around the building and replaced existing gutters.

Repointing existing walls with a gauged mix of Lime mortar.

House Renovation – Near Aberaeron

The house was suffering from damp walls and areas of the floor.

The sand cement will be removed, lime pointing with a lime render to the exposed south Westerly weather. Inside the House will have an insulated lime render to the walls, The floor will have its clay tiles carefully removed for reuse and a glapor / Lime floor installed.
